Data Collection When You Book Services

For arranging household services, we may collect:

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, address, and payment details (collectively, “user profile data”)

Booking Information: Type of service, additional services, service duration, and frequency (collectively, “booking data”)

Optional information you may provide includes:

– Presence of pets, disposal and parking details, cleaning priorities, and access instructions.

We share your user profile and booking data with service providers we select who meet your booking criteria. If a booking is confirmed, we process your data for booking cleans, completion, invoicing, and assistance purposes.

We may use your contact details to send notifications and reminders about upcoming cleaning services. Booking data may also be used to generate invoices and handle assistance if needed.

Payment Processing

Depending on your payment method, CleanGreat transfers your payment data (card number, expiry date, security code, or bank details) to our payment provider, Stripe, Inc., 185 Berry Street, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94107.  The payment provider processes this data solely for payment purposes.

User Reviews

If you leave a review about a delivered household service, CleanGreat may display this on our platform. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Cleaner Registration and Data Processing

If you register as a cleaner, CleanGreat processes your profile data for contractual purposes, including arranging services and handling accounting. We may also send reminders about upcoming cleaning jobs. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If you choose to delete your CleanGreat account, we will first block, then delete your data.

Server Log Data

When you visit the Site, general data is stored automatically, including browser type, operating system, pages accessed, referrer URL, IP address, date, time, and HTTP status code. This data helps us manage our Site’s technical and security needs. Log data is deleted after seven days unless further investigation is required.

Job Applications

If you apply for a position with us, we will process your contact information, CV, cover letter, and other content provided for employment consideration. If we keep your data longer than six months, you may withdraw your consent at any time, as per Article 7(3) GDPR.

Communications with Us

When you contact us, we process your data to address your request, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
