What we can't clean
Please note, there are a few items outside the scope of our commercial cleaning service:
1. Light Bulbs and Fixtures: Due to their delicate nature and the liability involved, we do not clean light bulbs or fixtures.
2. Exterior Windows: Cleaning exterior windows requires specialized equipment and ladders. For safety reasons, our team only cleans easily accessible interior side of windows.

Yes, our office cleaners come prepared with all the cleaning materials needed to clean your office. We only ask that you provide a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket as our cleaners don’t carry these.
Your CleanGreat office cleaner will vacuum carpets and clean windows from the inside. For safety reasons, we don’t offer exterior window cleaning, and carpet cleaning services aren’t available at this time.
We strive to match you with your preferred office cleaner whenever possible. However, if you haven’t booked a recurring service, availability may vary, as your cleaner may be scheduled for other appointments during the week.
Absolutely! If you have a specific cleaner in mind, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to assign them to your job. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll select the cleaner who best suits your needs.
